Les personnes ne sont pas diverses individuellement, mais l\u2019\u00e9quipe doit l\u2019\u00eatre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 ne doit pas \u00eatre confondue avec l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9. L\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 garantit que tout le monde a acc\u00e8s aux m\u00eames possibilit\u00e9s. Les diff\u00e9rences existent et les gens ont besoin de diff\u00e9rents types de soutien. L\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 reconna\u00eet ce fait et s\u2019efforce d\u2019aider chaque personne \u00e0 surmonter ses difficult\u00e9s et \u00e0 se placer sur un pied d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 avec les autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019inclusion consiste \u00e0 faire en sorte que chacun se sente valoris\u00e9. Elle concerne la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience humaine et vise \u00e0 garantir que chacun se sente inclus, tant \u00e0 titre personnel que dans son appartenance \u00e0 un groupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Raison d'\u00eatre du comit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Renforcer l\u2019autonomie et c\u00e9l\u00e9brer la diversit\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion au sein des PPPC, tout en soutenant la mission de l\u2019association qui consiste \u00e0 orienter, inspirer et faire progresser l\u2019industrie, en intervenant sous les angles suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9duquer<\/strong> \u2013 la diversit\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion sont importantes, une action volontaire fait la diff\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9quiper<\/strong> \u2013 donner aux membres des outils pour faire leur propre effort de diversit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" professionnelle\/entreprise et \u00e0 ouvrir la voie en mati\u00e8re de D\u00c9I au sein de l\u2019industrie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le comit\u00e9 D\u00c9I est responsable de la planification des activit\u00e9s visant \u00e0 mettre de l\u2019avant la raison d\u2019\u00eatre du comit\u00e9. Les activit\u00e9s les plus courantes sont les suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Strat\u00e9gie et production de contenu pour le bulletin \u00e9lectronique l\u2019Hebdo des PPPC<\/li><li>S\u00e9ances de formation<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.0 Effectif<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Le comit\u00e9 sera compos\u00e9 d\u2019au moins six personnes issues d\u2019entreprises membres des PPPC. Toute personne repr\u00e9sentant une entreprise qui est membre en r\u00e8gle des PPPC est la bienvenue au sein du comit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.0 R\u00e9unions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9unions se tiendront dix fois par an, normalement chaque mois de septembre \u00e0 juin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.0 Pr\u00e9sidence<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois par an, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en septembre, le comit\u00e9 soumet \u00e0 l\u2019approbation du conseil d\u2019administration la nouvelle personne qu\u2019il a choisie pour le pr\u00e9sider.
