Les actions humanitaires qui ne profitent qu\u2019aux employ\u00e9s du candidat ou aux membres de sa famille ne seront pas admissibles \u00e0 ce prix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contributions communautaires et de bienfaisance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le candidat a fait preuve d\u2019un esprit d\u2019humanit\u00e9 dans sa collectivit\u00e9 en s\u2019engageant dans des activit\u00e9s caritatives ou philanthropiques ainsi que dans d\u2019autres r\u00e9alisations. Le pr\u00e9sentateur doit souligner en quoi le candidat r\u00e9pond aux crit\u00e8res du prix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proc\u00e9dure de mise en candidature<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La personne qui propose une candidature doit \u00eatre membre en r\u00e8gle des PPPC. Le formulaire interactif de mise en candidature doit \u00eatre rempli et les pi\u00e8ces justificatives requises y \u00eatre jointes. Il incombe au pr\u00e9sentateur de trouver un appuyeur (membre en r\u00e8gle des PPPC) pour seconder la proposition de candidature. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez trouver jusqu\u2019\u00e0 quatre appuyeurs, le maximum admis. Cependant, le nombre d\u2019appuis obtenus n\u2019augmentera pas les chances du candidat de recevoir le prix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Documents justificatifs\u00a0:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Veuillez fournir une liste des \u00e9tablissements de bienfaisance soutenus par le candidat et les dates de son soutien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des documents officiels (par exemple, des lettres de remerciement, des accus\u00e9s de r\u00e9ception, des re\u00e7us, etc.) provenant des m\u00eames \u00e9tablissements de bienfaisance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une lettre de pr\u00e9sentation de votre part r\u00e9sumant les raisons pour lesquelles vous pensez que le candidat devrait recevoir le Prix humanitaire PPPC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une lettre (ou un courriel) de chaque appuyeur doit indiquer PAR \u00c9CRIT pourquoi il estime que le candidat devrait recevoir le Prix humanitaire PPPC, et qu\u2019il a v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 que les r\u00e9alisations attribu\u00e9es au candidat sont exactes au meilleur de ses connaissances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00e9rification du candidat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire que le candidat soit au courant du fait que vous avez soumis sa candidature. Il vous sera demand\u00e9 en temps et lieu de confirmer si le candidat est au courant ou non de votre d\u00e9marche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proc\u00e9dure d'\u00e9valuation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les candidatures re\u00e7ues avant la date limite seront examin\u00e9es par le coordonnateur du jury, au si\u00e8ge social, afin d\u2019\u00e9liminer les personnes inadmissibles ou les formulaires de mise en candidature incomplets. La personne qui propose une candidature doit s\u2019assurer de l\u2019exactitude des dates et des renseignements fournis en appui aux activit\u00e9s du candidat pour des fins de v\u00e9rification. Apr\u00e8s v\u00e9rification, les candidatures seront transmises au comit\u00e9 du Temple de la renomm\u00e9e des PPPC (compos\u00e9 de membres du Temple de la renomm\u00e9e) qui \u00e9valuera chaque candidat sur la base des informations soumises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats sont soumis en toute confidentialit\u00e9 au coordonnateur du jury, et ne peuvent \u00eatre partag\u00e9s ni divulgu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s que la majorit\u00e9 des membres du comit\u00e9 du Temple de la renomm\u00e9e aura atteint un consensus, le pr\u00e9sident du comit\u00e9 du Temple de la renomm\u00e9e informera le coordonnateur du jury de la s\u00e9lection finale des candidats du comit\u00e9 pour le Prix humanitaire PPPC. Les candidats qui r\u00e9pondent aux crit\u00e8res de qualification mais ne sont pas s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s seront automatiquement r\u00e9inscrits pour les deux ann\u00e9es suivantes (soit un total de trois ans). That learning shapes the person who he is today, a man with a strong humanitarian sense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a child, he wanted to help his dad\u2014Marco Roy, the founder of Sumacom Inc., to make identification on medals, trophies, plates and more. He enjoyed having the opportunity to work along with his father. That partnership, parent and son, made it possible for Marco to transmit to Tommy a load of knowledge. One of the most important is human matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With that in mind and his two passions in his heart, Tommy took some classes in business management and integrated the \u00c9cole du Cirque du Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One goal that was growing fast, back then, was his desire to make people feel a strong sense of belonging and happiness. Getting a place among Cirque du Soleil\u2019s athletes gave him one of his first chances to make individuals smile and mark the imagination of those who cross his path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Digging all in with all his heart, Tommy never gives up. A challenge equals opportunities in his dictionary. An injury put an end to his career for the Cirque du Soleil. That event was just an occasion to let his leadership shines by becoming a co-owner of Sumacom Inc. Since then, he works to bring Sumacom Inc. to the next level of success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acquisitions, increasing points of services, growing the selling area and the shipping territory, developing new ideas on how to be better for our customers are some accomplishments of his corporate journey. In 2022, he became the full owner of Sumacom Inc. The business since his creation has always kept his family spirit and his devotion to serve others by delivering high quality decorated products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recently, Tommy added to Sumacom Inc. the division Le Magasin Sumacom. This store offers workwear and protective gears as boots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on Sumacom\u2019s mission\u2014Serving 1 million Canadian users via Sumacom online boutique\u2014and on Sumacom\u2019s values\u2014commitment, cooperation, innovation and pride\u2014Tommy continues to share his humanitarian side through his work. Humans need people to grow up and realize themselves.
